Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Appoints New Administrator for Anne Bates Leach Eye Hospital

Michael Gittelman has been named administrator of Anne Bates Leach Eye Hospital, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute’s patient care facility in Miami. Gittelman has more than 20 years of health care management experience, the last 11 years with Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Gittelman was most recently chief operating officer of Florida Medical Center.
