Broad and Cassel’s Heather Siegel Miller Joins Spectrum Health Board of Directors

Heather Siegel Miller, a health care lawyer and senior counsel with the Miami and Boca Raton offices of the statewide law firm Broad and Cassel, has been named to the board of directors of Spectrum Health, Inc. Miller will be serving on the quality initiative/governance/credentialing committee to assist the Board in its oversight of Spectrum’s physician credentialing, and quality and compliance programs. 

 

Miller works with physicians and hospitals on complex health care transactions, contracts and employment agreements, regulatory compliance and federal and state fraud and abuse issues. Most recently, she also was elected to the board of directors of the Palm Beach County Medical Society Services, Inc.
