Broward Health Coral Springs Medical Center (CSMC) is the recipient of the 2010 South Florida Kids Crown Award for the “Best Pediatric ER in Broward County.” The recognition was based on votes from readers of South Florida Parenting magazine who vote for family-friendly places that offer the best activities, products, and services in South Florida.
“We were able to achieve the Kids Crown Award during an inconvenient construction phase of our ER by focusing on customer service and patient and family-centered care, as well as coaching and maintaining an exceptional staff,” said Sylvia Conlee, CSMC regional manager of children’s services.
