Yoel Vivas is the Medical Director of Electrophysiology at Delray Medical Center and Founder of The Arrhythmia Center of South Florida. A pioneer in cardiac innovation, he was the first physician in Palm Beach County to perform Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) and is among South Florida’s highest-volume operators for Watchman™ and leadless pacemakers.

Dr. Vivas is uniquely dual-board certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Advanced Heart Failure. A Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS), he trained at Yale University and the Lahey Clinic after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Universidad Central de Venezuela.

An international speaker and widely published author, Dr. Vivas also serves as a faculty member for the Florida Atlantic University cardiology fellowship. His expertise combines cutting-edge, minimally invasive technology with a master-level understanding of heart failure, positioning him as a premier leader in treating complex heart rhythm disorders.
