Catholic Hospice announces their plans to open a new inpatient care unit conveniently located in Fort Lauderdale’s Holy Cross Hospital to serve Broward County hospice patients. This inpatient care unit will include 10 rooms for terminally ill patients.
“We are pleased to be joining the continuum of care at Holy Cross Hospital and look forward to working with the dedicated team of professionals who share the mission of providing quality care to those in need. The inpatient unit will focus on providing compassionate end-of-life care to be delivered in a homelike environment,” stated Bonnie Alkema, Executive Director of Catholic Hospice.
