Pauline Grant, CEO of Broward Health North Broward Medical Center (BHNBMC), was named one of the Top 10 Most Powerful Women in Health Care by Health Exec News.Grant is entering her 10th year at BHNBMC. She leads an award winning 409-bed community hospital featuring an Adult Level II Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Neurological Institute, Joint Replacement Center, Comprehensive Cancer Center, Spine Care Center, Wound Care Center and more.
Under her leadership, BHNBMC was first in the nation to attain Joint Commission Certification for its Alzheimer’s disease program, first in Florida to attain Joint Commission Certification for stroke rehabilitation and the first hospital in Broward County to attain Joint Commission Certification for hip and knee replacement.
