Stanley Marks, M.D., senior vice president and chief medical officer for Memorial Healthcare System, has recently been elected to serve on the Accreditation Review Committee (ARC) of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
Dr. Marks completed his residency in general surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital-University of Miami in Miami, FL. He holds a medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from C.W. Post College of Long Island University.
Prior to joining Memorial, Dr. Marks practiced as a general and vascular surgeon in South Florida for 16 years.
