Facundo Davaro, M.D., is a urologic oncologist at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health. Dr. Davaro completed his medical education at George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in general surgery and residency in urologic surgery at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in Saint Louis, Missouri. He further specialized in urologico through a fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa.
Dr. Davaro has made significant contributions to the field of urologic oncology. He has been involved in research and publications related to variant histology bladder cancer and the genomic landscape of plasmacytoid urothelial carcinoma. He has also presented at various grand rounds and conferences, sharing his expertise on topics such as systemic and surgical therapy for bladder cancer.
Dr. Davaro’s specialty interests include hematuria, bladder cancer and bladder removal (cystectomy), elevated PSA and prostate cancer, renal mass and kidney cancer, robotic-assisted surgery, complex open urologic surgery, testicular cancer, penile cancer, nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), and minimally invasive BPH procedures.
