Delray Medical Center is proud to announce the appointment of Tywanna Royal as the hospital’s new director of patient access.Before joining Delray Medical Center, Royal served as the patient access director of Conifer Health Solutions, Inc. in Frisco, TX. Royal also served as the national patient access training manager for Conifer and acted as a liaison between Quality Assurance, Billing and Collections to educate Patient Access on pertinent updates or errors.
