Delray Medical Center promotes Aganette Parks, MHA, PMP, to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). She has been serving as the Interim COO since July 2024.
In October 2021, Parks was named Associate Administrator of Delray Medical Center. Prior to that role, Parks was the Service Line Administrator for Surgical Services for the Palm Beach Health Network.
Before joining the Palm Beach Health Network, Parks was with Tenet Healthcare’s Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA, where she served in multiple roles such as Business Manager of surgical services with oversight of daily operations of the operating room, Service Line Manager for orthopedics & neurosciences and Administrative Fellow.
Parks earned her Bachelors in Health Science and her Masters in Health Administration from the University of Florida.
