Maria E. Randall joins Delray Medical Center as director of Human Resources. Most recently, Randall was director of Compensation and Benefits for West Palm Beachs Rinker Materials Corporation. Previously, she was vice president for UPMC Health System in Pittsburgh, PA. Randall served in Pittsburgh on the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board and as a member of the Red Cross of Western Pennsylvania Board of Directors in 2001-2002.
