Dr. Faris Azar is a highly trained and experienced critical care surgeon. He graduated from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his internship and surgical residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He went on to complete a fellowship in trauma and critical care at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, a leading institution in the field nationally and internationally.

With over three years of experience at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Dr. Azar is dedicated to providing comprehensive critical care to his patients. He has the privilege of offering complex critical care across a range of disciplines, including trauma, neurology, emergency surgery, and medicine. He is also skilled in performing surgical interventions for the most gravely injured patients.
