Donna Bowers has been named Regional Manager of Emergency Services at Broward Health North (BHN).Bowers has worked for Broward Health North for more than 20 years. Her career began in 1994 as a registered nurse in the Cardiac Special Care Unit. Other positions she held in the past include CSCU assistant nurse manager, surgical telemetry nurse manager, stroke coordinator and trauma program manager.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and has obtained nursing certifications in Critical Care and Neurology (CCRN and CNRN).
