Dr. Sandra Coiffman has been named Director of Resident Services for Vi at Aventura. She is responsible for promoting a healthy, enriching environment at the luxury senior living facility and managing a range of high-quality services and amenities for residents.
Prior to joining Vi, Dr. Coiffman was Director of Clinical Services at the Mind Spectrum Institute and an adjunct faculty member in the College of Psychology at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). For the past 30 years, she has worked with adults, children and families in public and private settings, court programs and community agencies.
Dr. Coiffman earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University in Miami. She received a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Miami.
Dr. Coiffman has been a resident of Aventura since the City was incorporated in 1995. “Our goal is a community where residents enjoy a range of vibrant activities,” Vi at Aventura Executive Director Renee Garvin says. “Not only is Sandra familiar with our City and its lifestyle, her years of experience helping people enjoy life more fully will be a terrific asset for our residents.”
