Jupiter Medical Center is proud to announce Elisabeth A. McKeen, M.D., has been named the Medical Director of the Genetics and High Risk Program, which is part of the overall Comprehensive Breast Care Program. Dr. McKeen has concentrated her practice in breast cancer and cancer genetics.“As a result of the Human Genome Project, genetics is becoming an important part of healthcare. In cancer, knowing one’s family history and genetic make-up saves lives,” said Dr. McKeen, who is nationally recognized in her field and actively participates in clinical trials.
