The Miami VA Healthcare System recently cut the ribbon on a 1,500 sq. ft. expansion at its Homestead VA Outpatient Clinic, bringing expanded physical medicine and rehabilitation programs and optometry services to Veterans in South Miami-Dade County. The clinic, which sees more than 2,800 Veterans a year, is the fastest growing VA clinic in South Florida and has been increasing access to care for the last three years to ensure Veterans get the health care they earned.

Joining Miami VA Healthcare System Director Paul Russo for the ribbon cutting was U.S. Representatives Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Gwen Graham, along with representatives from local Veterans groups and state government offices.
