
To better serve our growing enrollment in the Healthcare MBA Program and continue our tradition of research excellence, the FIU Chapman Graduate School of Business is delighted to welcome two new faculty members for this fall.
Sam Paustian-Underdahl, assistant professor of management, received her PhD. in Organizational Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and will be teaching an organizational behavior class this fall. Prior to joining FIU, Dr. Paustian-Underdahl was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management and Research Director for the Women’s Leadership Center at Kennesaw State University. In addition to her academic experiences, Dr. Paustian-Underdahl has gained valuable external and internal human capital consulting experiences working with Strategic Management Decisions and Ingersoll Rand.
Sue Ganske Mota, clinical professor of business law, has over 30 years teaching experience in business law, and 20 years teaching experience in MBA programs. This fall she will be teaching a class in the legal environment of business. She received her J.D. from the University Of Toledo College Of Law, cum laude, Order of the Coif, where she was the Business Editor of the Law Review. She has her undergraduate and master’s degrees in economics from Bowling Green State University. She was previously a Distinguished Teaching Professor and Associate Dean for Graduate Programs at Bowling Green State University.
