September 21, 2022 – Florida Senator Ana Maria Rodriguez visited Conviva Care Solutions located at 15516 SW 88th St. in Miami. Senator Rodriguez and Conviva patients (pictured) toured the facility which offers holistic care to seniors with enhanced services like on-site pharmacy, transportation assistance and doctors on call. Conviva, along with sister brand CenterWell Senior Primary Care, delivers care to seniors in more than 220 centers across 10 states, with significant expansion planned for 2023 and after.
