September 8, 2022   Healthcare Network, a nonprofit organization working to ensure primary medical care is accessible to everyone in the community, regardless of job, income or insurance status, is pleased to announce the following appointments from the Florida Association of Community Health Centers (FACHC): Jamie Ulmer appointed to the FACHC Executive Committee and Dr. Courtney Whitt appointed to the Clinician’s Advisory Council.

Healthcare Network President and CEO, Jamie Ulmer, has been elected to the FACHC Executive Committee. As a FACHC board member, Jamie will serve as the South Reginal Representative. The members of the Executive Committee were sworn into office by Bill Dillon, Shareholder at Gunster Law Firm during the association’s annual conference earlier this year. The Executive Committee consists of health care leaders championing change and innovation for health centers throughout the state.

Director of Behavioral Health for Healthcare Network, Dr. Courtney Whitt, has been named to the FACHC Clinician’s Advisory Council as the Behavioral Health Director Roundtable Chair. The Clinician’s Advisory Council is a quality enhancement network comprised of health care professionals from Federally Qualified Health Centers throughout Florida. It is designed to strengthen and spread quality improvement processes and best practices through communication and the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
