Florida International University Promotes Anahid Kulwicki

The Florida International University (FIU) College of Nursing & Health Sciences (CNHS) has promoted Anahid Kulwicki, DNS, RN, FAAN, to the new position of Associate Dean for Research. Dr. Kulwicki, who was also granted tenure by the FIU Board of Trustees earlier this summer, was Director of Graduate Nursing Programs prior to the promotion. This new appointment complements her current role as Director of the PhD Nursing program, a position she accepted when she joined FIU in 2008 and will continue to hold.

Prior to joining FIU, Dr. Kulwicki was the Deputy Director of the Wayne County Department of Health and Human Services and was a tenured Full Professor at Oakland University in Michigan.
