South Florida’s newest men’s college basketball team the Florida National Conquistadors will be hosting their first annual golf classic on Friday, September 5 at Shula’s Golf Club in Miami Lakes. The purpose of the event is raise funds and awareness for the Dr. Jose Regueiro Scholarship Foundation which is dedicated to providing scholarships, grants and assistance to individuals at an institution of higher learning who lack sufficient resources to enroll in and complete post-secondary education.
