FoundCare, Inc. is announcing the hiring of Serge Thys, Jr., M.D. Dr. Thys joins the FoundCare health center as a full-time family practice physician.Dr. Thys recently completed his family medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, in Fayetteville, AR. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Florida Atlantic University.
