
Darrel Gachette, M.D.
Fellowship-trained gastroenterologist Darrel Gachette, M.D., has joined Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital.
Dr. Gachette earned his medical degree from the Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, RI. He completed a residency in internal medicine followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine in New York, NY.
Fellowship-trained transplant surgeon Masaya Yokoyama, M.D., Ph.D., has also joined Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital.

Dr. Yokoyama earned his medical degree from the University of Toyama School of Medicine in Toyama, Japan. He completed his residency in general surgery at Kimitsu Chuo Hospital in Chiba, Japan, followed by multiple advanced fellowships including: Abdominal Transplant Surgery and Advanced Living Donor Laparoscopic Surgery at the Miami Transplant Institute, Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida; Transplant Surgery and Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia; and Gastrointestinal Surgery, Transplant Surgery and Surgical Oncology at the Chiba University Hospital Group in Chiba, Japan.
