Genevieve (Gena) Conroy has been named chief experience officer of Broward Health Medical Center (BHMC) and Chris Evert Children’s Hospital. Prior to joining BHMC, Conroy spent six years with The Ritz-Carlton in the United States and the Caribbean, where her roles included leadership positions overseeing the marketing and business development at Ritz-Carlton properties in Philadelphia, Fort Lauderdale and St. Thomas, USVI. In her most recent position as project director of service, marketing and sales at The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Philadelphia, Conroy tripled sales revenue in less than one year and implemented numerous programs that increased customer satisfaction.
