The Greenfield Group, a medical real estate company, recently broke ground on a new three-story 45,000-square-foot medical office building on the campus of Northwest Medical Center in Margate, FL. The three-story building is the second phase of the Northwest Medical Park project and the third building that Greenfield will have developed at Northwest. Oliver, Glidden, Spina and Partners, Architects, Inc is the architect for the project and Leighton-McGinn & Company will be the general contractor
“We are very excited to be a part of this impressive project. The new building will help Northwest Medical Center continue to meet the demands of a growing community and attract more physicians and specialists to deliver quality healthcare to the community right here in our own back yard,” says Dianne Goldenberg, Chief Executive Officer at Northwest Medical Center. Mike Hlatki, who oversees The Greenfield Groups development division, says the project is over fifty percent leased and construction is scheduled to be completed in summer 2009. “We are proud to be working with Northwest Medical Center and enjoy our relationship with the hospitals physician and professional community,” says Hlatki.
