ANF Group will serve as the General Contractor and plans to deliver this project during the end of the 1st quarter of 2018.”
Axis Healthcare Partners’ Liliana Lehmann said, “Our vision for Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion is the development of one destination with multiple services working together, creating an innovative outpatient model that meets the level of inpatient care with a richer experience. An ambulatory surgical center with a strategic mix of outstanding and highly recognized physicians will be the anchor of this project.” Mrs. Lehmann thanked Associates MD medical group with its urgent care and imaging center and Southern Edge with its orthopedic lab that will hold training seminars for physicians from around the country. She also announced that in conjunction with the property’s development, a foundation will be established whose primary function will be to promote, develop and encourage research and education regarding orthopedic surgery and the importance of musculoskeletal health to the community.The Class “A” medical hub will offer build-to-suit medical suites for physicians and physician groups, medical services and laboratories. Anchoring the facility will be a +/- 19,000-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center on the ground floor. Amenities will include high speed internet and data, covered entry, surface parking, and an on-site café. Pre-leasing is underway, and building is approximately 50% pre-leased.
The architectural team for Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion are Luis Cano, Principal, and Neil Reilly, PA of Gresham Smith & Partners. Other members of the development team include Kimley-Horn Civil Engineers, Robert Lochrie of Lochrie Law Group, and financing partners Floridian Community Bank and US Century Bank.
