HCA is pleased to announce that David Husted, M.D., has joined the HCA Palm Beach Behavioral Health practice, located in Atlantis, FL. Dr. Husted is Board Certified in General Adult Psychiatry and fellowship trained in Forensic Psychiatry.Dr. Husted also takes on the role of Medical Director of Behavioral Health Services at JFK Medical Center. He specializes in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, insomnia, ADHD, and geriatrics.
Dr. Husted is returning to Florida after practicing in Hendersonville, NC for six years. He received his Medical Degree from The University of Florida, College of Medicine, as well as an M.S. in Physiology and a B.S. in Chemistry. Dr. Husted also completed his Residency training and a Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at The University of Florida, College of Medicine.
