August 19, 2020 –  Healthcare Network, a nonprofit organization working to ensure primary care is accessible to everyone in the community, is pleased to announce the board of directors re-elected Haris Domond as Board Chair, Dennis Brown as Vice Chair, Doug Campbell as Treasurer and newly elected Suzanne Bradach as Secretary. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Healthcare Network must meet a stringent set of requirements, including operating under a patient-majority board, meaning at least 51% of the governing board or their immediate family must be patients of Healthcare Network. 
 
“Our board of directors is composed of a committed team of community leaders and professionals who bring extensive knowledge and experience to help support Healthcare Network’s mission of providing quality healthcare accessible to everyone in our community,” said Dr. Emily Ptaszek, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Healthcare Network. “I look forward to continuing to work with this incredibly insightful and dedicated team as we navigate the challenges of the current health crisis.”
 
The board of directors includes officers: Board Chair Haris Domond, a certified mental health counselor; Vice Chair Dennis Brown, trust and estate attorney with Bond, Schoeneck & King; Treasurer, Doug Campbell, a childcare advocate and president of Friends of Foster Children; and Secretary Suzanne Bradach, director of special projects for Lee Health and project manager for Lee Health Coconut Point. 
 
The board of directors also includes directors: Elda I. Hernandez, a longtime community activist in Immokalee and corporal with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office; Edward “Ski” Olesky, owner of Lake Trafford Marina and Airboats & Alligators; the Rev. Jean C. Paul, a minister with over 40 years of experience in ministry and education; Jerry Starkey, CEO of Real Estate Partners International; Dr. Bernard Feldman, a retired Neonatologist who practiced for 29 years; Dr. Aysegul Timur, assistant VP of strategic initiatives, strategy and program innovation at Florida Gulf Coast University; Maria Milla, a professional lifecoach, EFT practitioner and nuerocoach; Maria “Lucy” Ortiz, sole proprietor of Let’s Talk/Hablamos and licensed clinical social worker; and honorary director Chuck Cohen, co-founder and chairman emeritus of Cohen & Grigsby.
