About the South Florida Chapter of Star Legacy Foundation

The South Florida Chapter of Star Legacy Foundation was founded in May 2019 after three mothers who lost their sons to stillbirth found a lack of resources in South Florida for families who experience stillbirth and other baby loss. Their goal is to help spread awareness and education to create empowered pregnancies as well as to provide support for those who have experienced a loss.  This walk, the first of its kind in Miami-Dade, will give families a chance to honor their very loved and missed babies while raising awareness about pregnancy and infant loss as well as funds to help prevent this tragedy from happening to another family in the future. If you have experienced a loss or would like to learn more, please visit www.starlegacyfoundation.org and follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
