Heather J. Rohan, FACHE, President and Chief Executive Officer, Aventura Hospital and Medical Center, Aventura, Florida, has been appointed to the Council of Regents, the legislative body of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Rohan will take office at the Council of Regents meeting March 19, 2011, during ACHE’s 54th Congress on Healthcare Leadership at the Hilton Chicago. As a Regent, Rohan will represent ACHE’s membership in Florida.
Rohan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aventura Hospital and Medical Center since 2005. Prior to this position, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida.
