Hialeah Hospital is pleased to announce its Primary Stroke Center designation by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration as a licensed program. These standards demand both rapid diagnosis and care of stroke patients at the hospital. According to the Brain Attack Coalition, patients cared for at primary stroke centers get better treatment, experience fewer complications, and go home from the hospital sooner. As a primary stroke center, these improved outcomes will be Hialeah Hospital’s ultimate goal for stroke patients.
