Tenet Florida Physician Services (TFPS) is pleased to announce David E. Perloff, M.D., FACC, FACP, a board-certified cardiologist, has joined the TFPS multispecialty physician group with an office located in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Perloff, the former president of the Broward County Medical Association, is an award-winning and highly skilled cardiologist dedicated to providing top-tier heart care to residents across South Florida. He is a fellow of both the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians, is a Charter Member of the Southeast Lipid Association and a Member of the Florida Medical Association. Dr. Perloff is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease and is on staff at Florida Medical Center, a campus of North Shore.

Dr. Perloff has been practicing medicine in South Florida since 1991 and in 1997 opened a successful cardiology office in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Perloff worked as the Director of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Broward Health Medical Center and was a Chair member of the Department of Medicine at the hospital.
