February 5, 2020 – Hilary Hoo-you has been named Regional Director of Behavioral Health for Broward Health Medical Center and Broward Health Imperial Point. She will oversee the development, implementation, evaluation and operational management of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services at both hospitals.
 
Broward Health’s behavioral health services provide care for patients dealing with depression, dual disorders and substance abuse among other mental health conditions.
 
“Having someone of Hilary’s caliber will allow Broward Health to further enhance the behavioral health services already provided to the South Florida community,” said Andrew Ta, M.D, executive vice president and chief medical officer at Broward Health.
 
Prior to joining Broward Health, Hoo-you served as chief administrative officer at Camillus Health Concern in Miami, a multi-site ambulatory clinic, and New Horizons Community Health Center as director of operations and quality management. 
 
Hoo-you attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, and received her bachelor of social work, master of social work and master of business degrees.
