Holy Cross Health Adds Physician in Family Medicine

Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. Capezzuti joins Holy Cross Health from Tenet Florida Physician Services. Her focus is on preventive health, well health visits, and chronic and new disease management for patients 13 years old and older.

 

Dr. Capezzuti graduated in 2004 with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also received an M.P.H. with Highest Honors, from Nova Southeastern. Dr. Capezzuti received a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Greek Classical Studies from The Pennsylvania State University, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in International Business from Lehigh University. She completed her residency and internship at Broward Health Medical Center and her fellowship in Health Policy at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and the New York Institute of Technology.
