February 3, 2023 – Holy Cross Health invites the community to join the blessing and dedication of the new Holy Cross Health Center at Sistrunk on Wednesday, March 1 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Open to the public, people will be given a chance to tour and meet the healthcare team at 1409 NW 6th Street, Suite 103, in Fort Lauderdale. Holy Cross Health will address the Social Determinants of Health and Health Equity while providing the following services to the surrounding community:

Pediatric and Adult Immunizations
School Physicals
Annual Wellness visits
Primary Prevention
Care Coordination
Care Management
Health Promotion
Disease Prevention
Population-based Interventions
