Marixsa Estrella, RN, BSN, Endoscopy Manager is a valued and integral member of the endoscopy team at Holy Cross Health for 6 years. She is a true servant leader and team player who leads by example and proactively looks for opportunities to improve. Her efforts have led to tremendous growth in the department, resulting in the ability to treat more cases and meet the needs of new physicians. Estrella is respected by both physicians and colleagues as a resource to everyone. She has a reputation of offering to help, staying late to complete cases, and doing whatever is needed and asked of her. The physicians rely on Estrella for difficult cases and appreciate her expertise.
