Indian River Medical Center’s Pharmacy Practice Residency Program, which began in the summer of 2007, recently received the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) Pharmacy Practice PGY-1 Residency accreditation.

In other impressive pharmacy news, four of IRMC’s pharmacists just achieved an outstanding accomplishment. They took and passed the very challenging board examination process. Three of the four pharmacists are now Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialists (BCPS), and the other, Dan Carp, is a Board Certified Nutrition Support Pharmacists (BCNSP). Congratulations go to all!

Our board certified pharmacists are Dan Carp, Pharm.D, BCNSP; Anna Heuer, Pharm.D, BCPS; Amber Martin, Pharm.D, BCPS; Jeni McGuire, BsPharm, BCPS; William Terneus Jr., Pharm.D, BCPS; and Theresa Urban, Pharm.D, BCPS.
