February 14 2022 – IVF FLORIDA Reproductive Associates is proud to announce the opening of its new full-service fertility clinic, located at 3251 N. State Road 7, Suite 200. This new clinic, which offers a wide range of family building options for individuals, couples, and the LGBTQ+ community, takes the place of its former Margate location and opened for patients on Monday, February 14.

“IVF FLORIDA was outgrowing its former Margate location,” said Dr. David Hoffman, Chief Medical Officer at IVF FLORIDA Reproductive Associates. We knew that if we wanted to continue to raise the bar in fertility care, we would need a larger office with modern updates and cutting-edge technology. We are proud to provide patients and the South Florida community a space that reflects our commitment to excellence.”

The new 22,000 square foot fertility center houses state-of-the-art laboratories, an expanded surgical center, and more space for fertility treatments and services such as in vitro fertilization, semen analysis, and advanced genetic screening. The new office also has calming patient waiting areas, modern procedure rooms, and space for community education programs and events.

IVF FLORIDA’s new embryology laboratory was carefully designed with the latest technology and resources to improve embryo development and increase the live born pregnancy rate. The lab features sophisticated enhancements, including next-generation incubators with real-time embryo imaging, isolettes to protect eggs, sperm, and embryos, and microscopes mounted with lasers for performing advanced genetic testing procedures. The new design and environmental solution will help IVF FLORIDA continue to lead the charge in advanced embryo culture and selection, as well as single embryo transfer.

IVF FLORIDA worked on the new facility with architects Perkins + Will. The tranquil interior features elements that reflect a calming aesthetic with colors and textures pulled from nature. The waiting areas feature natural light and several live plants, providing a comforting and relaxing environment.

The Margate office will be open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on weekends to monitor patients. New and existing patients can contact the Margate office by calling 954-247-6200.
