Jackson Health System administrators and members of the American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 1363 Union recently signed the 2008-11 collective bargaining agreement negotiated by both parties. The group held a signing ceremony to celebrate the fiscally responsible contract that benefits both union members and the health system. This was an exciting moment for newly appointed JHS President and CEO Eneida Roldan, M.D., M.P.H., M.B.A. (pictured at table, right) , AFSCME Local 1363 Union President Viviene Dixon-Shim (pictured at table, center) and members of both negotiation teams.
