Jackson Memorial Hospital recently announced that Arthur L. Diskin, M.D., FACEP, will serve as Medical Director/Chief of Emergency Services at the hospitals Emergency Care Center (ECC).
Dr. Diskin is Board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He is past president of the Florida College of Emergency Physicians.
Prior to joining Jackson, he served for 15 years as the chief of the Division of Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.
Dr. Diskin received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He completed his residency at the Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center.
