Javier Hernandez-Lichtl has been named CEO of South Miami Hospital. Hernandez-Lichtl has been chief administrative officer and executive vice president of Baptist Health since 2003. Prior to assuming that position, he was the CEO of Baptist Outpatient Services and Baptist Health Enterprises. Before that, he held numerous management positions at Baptist Hospital, including vice president of clinical services and administrative director of imaging services.
