Palm Healthcare Foundation has promoted Jeff Groves to director of philanthropy.  With more than ten years of experience working at nonprofit organizations and a strong record of fundraising success, Groves will direct the foundation’s development efforts to lead change for better health in Palm Beach County.  In his new role, Groves will guide individual donors, businesses, advisors, and fellow foundations to support results-driven health programs for current community needs and in the future through planned giving.

Groves began his career with Palm Healthcare Foundation as philanthropy coordinator in 2016 and was promoted to philanthropy manager in 2017.  He moves into his new position as the foundation gains momentum from its successful efforts to increase health equity related to diabetes, brain health and family caregiving in Palm Beach County’s underserved communities, create public health campaigns to improve healthy behaviors, and convene system partners to address health crises, including the opioid epidemic.
“It is incredibly rewarding to help local philanthropists find a way to take their passion for health and leverage it to help Palm Beach County residents live healthier lives,” said Groves.  “I’m honored to help Palm Healthcare Foundation grow and continue to create innovative programs to bring better health to all.”
