Florida Medical Space, with offices in Coral Springs, Miami and Jacksonville welcomes their first tenants in the recently completed JFK Medical Arts Building in Atlantis, Florida.
 
FMS, who represents the developer of the new 51,000 square foot Class A medical office building situated on JFK Medical Center’s campus, is pleased to welcome the first three tenants to the building in late October. Rudy Trejo, M.D., family practitioner will relocate from Lake Worth into his new larger office. Florida Electrophysiology Associates, headed by Dr. Robert S. Fishel will take occupancy of their new 4,000 square foot third floor offices the last week of October. In addition, JFK Medical Center’s residency clinic is moving into its new 11,000 square foot offices where it will better be able to meet the needs of the local community.
