In early January, Wendy Bednarcik began her new role as the Director of Human Resources at John Knox Village.Originally from Connecticut, Wendy has lived in Florida for the past 25 years. She has more than 15 years of human resources experience in employee relations, employment, management, communications, training and development.
Prior to JKV, she was the Director of Human Resources for five years at FIVE STAR Premier Residences in Pompano Beach. She also has worked in human resources with a number of companies in South Florida, including CBIZ, Inc., SV MICROWAVE, INC., Lynn Insurance Group, Wycon Corporation, and J.I. Kislak Mortgage Corporation.
