  • Productivity,
  • Safety,
  • Effectiveness, and
  • the Bottom-line

while reducing waste and maintaining stable levels of variability. The concept was developed in Japan post World War II as a method of driving corporate-wide continuous improvements that deliver a culture of breakthrough thinking!

Features:

  • Training Materials
  • Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Breaks)
  • State of the art facilities
  • 5 hours of free mentoring/facilitation support on projects

Program Structure:

The program is a combination of formal lecture and interactive project workshop/round table. Candidates are encouraged to bring a project in mind in order to incorporate it into the interactive project workshop/round table, as this part of the program is to assist candidates in the application of the tools learned in the formal lecture.
