Madison Workman, FACHE, is chief operating officer of Broward Health North, a 409-bed, Level II trauma hospital, overseeing daily operations, strategic initiatives and a workforce of approximately 800 employees. He also leads Broward Health’s Safety and Security Program and is managing more than $60 million in capital projects.

Workman oversees the Chief Operating Council that has driven operational efficiencies and standardized processes to ensure consistency across the district and new equipment to elevate the level of care.

An American College of Healthcare Executives Fellow and current board member, Workman earned his Master of Healthcare Administration and Bachelor of Science in Health Science from University of Florida. He was recognized as one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2024 Rising Stars: Healthcare Leaders Under 40 and a 2025 South Florida Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree.
