Christina Sierra-Maurici, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, has spent more than 13 years growing alongside Catholic Health Services, advancing from Licensed Practical Nurse to Hospital Administrator through a career defined by clinical excellence and decisive leadership. Her experience spans case management, physical medicine and rehabilitation, internal medicine, infection prevention, nursing leadership, and hospital administration, giving her a rare perspective on every stage of the patient’s journey.
Today, Christina leads St. Catherine’s West, a 40-bed acute rehabilitation hospital, where she focuses on strengthening clinical quality, patient safety, and operational performance while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Her leadership has helped build an environment in which accountability, innovation, and compassionate care go hand in hand.
