Angela Arnold, DPT, serves as director of rehabilitative services at Memorial Hospital West, providing leadership for acute care and outpatient rehabilitation programs while overseeing a team of 130 employees. Her path to healthcare began as a patient after a knee injury at age 15, when months of rehabilitation inspired her to become a physical therapist. Years later, she returned to that same clinic to help guide others through their own recovery.
Known for a leadership style that is fair, transparent and grounded in unwavering support, Dr. Arnold encourages emerging leaders to stay resilient, embrace continuous growth and lead with authenticity. “Stay fiercely committed to your goals,” Dr. Arnold said. “Resilience is forged on the hardest days.”
