Erik Cazares is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.
With over 16 years of healthcare leadership experience, Cazares brings extensive expertise to Palm Beach Gardens. He comes from The Hospitals of Providence Sierra Campus in El Paso, TX, where he was CEO. Starting his tenure at Sierra Medical Center in 2001 as a Registered Nurse, he transitioned into leadership in 2008, overseeing multiple inpatient departments and leading the implementation of service lines in cardiac, orthopedics, and oncology. In 2018, he became Chief Operating Officer at East Campus before his CEO promotion to Chief Executive Officer of The Hospitals of Providence Sierra Campus.
Cazares’ ability to partner with physicians to develop and grow clinical programs will drive future growth at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. He holds a BSN from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Master’s in Nursing Administration from Texas Tech University.
