Lee Health’s Chief Officer of Community-Based Care Kris Fay cuts the ribbon for the opening of the Golisano Pediatric Clinic at Franklin Park Elementary School supported by leaders and officials from Lee Health, the United Way, Lee County School District, and the community.
Lee Health is proud to open a first of its kind health clinic with the opening of Golisano Pediatric Clinic on the campus of Franklin Park Elementary School. The unique facility offers whole health solutions for students, families, and other members of the Dunbar community right on the school grounds.
The collaboration is part of ongoing efforts with Lee Health, the Lee County School District, and the United Way. The location also offers support to local families through the United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades.
The Golisano Pediatric Clinic will support the needs of the community, with sick visits, well-being checks, physicals, immunizations, and more. It will be open five days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The clinic is located as part of the campus of Franklin Park Elementary School at 2330 Henderson Ave, Ste 200.
The clinic is offering medical appointments and supporting common needs for local families, with the operation occurring right in the neighborhood. Appointments can be made utilizing MyChart or calling the facility directly at (239) 343-9888. In the future, the clinic will also offer behavioral health support. Within the same facility, the United Way provides food, clothing, family engagement, education support, and more to parents and staff.
